"Responsibility": it is probably the key word of the speech made yesterday by Nicolas Sarkozy in Saint-Quentin in Aisne. Responsibility of a President of the Republic which means keep "calm" and not to give to pressure from the street, or as part of its majority, in the conduct of the crisis.
