Born in Jones, Isabela near the foothils of the Sierra Madre Mountain ranges and by the Cagayan River, JIMMY ANCHETA DOMINGO started his photography, while studying civil engineering in Manila, during the waning years of the Marcos dictatorship in the 1980s.
