This Hip & Gable Carport was built in one of Ballarats oldest and beautiful streets. Lacework for the carport was matched by Chatterton Lacework by making moulds from the original lacework on the front verandah of the house. We quickly got the planning permit for the owners by demonstrating to the council on how it complimented the house and enhanced the streetscape. We used Zincaluume Roofing and put Merbau Planter Boxes on the side closest to the house.

Carport Small but effective for a client who had limited space and in an inner city area that allowed structures close to boundary on narrow blocks.
